Wallet Information

  • Public wallet address (required for authentication)
  • Token balance (read from blockchain)
  • Transaction history related to $BASEAPI (public on-chain data)

Usage Data

  • API request counts and timing
  • Models used and token consumption
  • Error logs for debugging

What We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT store your prompts or AI responses
  • We do NOT log conversation content
  • We do NOT track your IP address
  • We do NOT use cookies for tracking
  • We do NOT sell any data to third parties

3. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate your wallet and verify token holdings
  • Calculate and enforce daily API quota
  • Process API requests and route to AI models
  • Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
  • Improve and debug the Service

4. Data Storage

We store minimal data required for the Service to function:

  • API keys mapped to wallet addresses
  • Daily usage counters (reset every 24 hours)
  • Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers
  • Usage data older than 48 hours is automatically deleted

5. Third-Party Services

API requests are forwarded to third-party AI model providers. These providers have their own privacy policies. We select providers that do not train on user data. Your prompts pass through our servers but are not stored or logged.

6. Blockchain Data

Your wallet address and token transactions are publicly visible on the Base blockchain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and not controlled by us. We only read this public data to verify your holdings.

7. Security

  • All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
  • API keys are generated using cryptographic random functions
  • You can regenerate your API key at any time
  • We implement rate limiting to prevent abuse

8. Your Rights

  • Access: View your usage data in the dashboard
  • Deletion: Regenerate your API key to invalidate old keys
  • Portability: Your wallet and tokens are always under your control
  • Opt-out: Simply stop using the Service; no data is retained beyond 48h

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
